Better details lead to a clearer scope.

Use this guide as a planning checklist. The final booking confirmation is the document that states what is included, the available date and the pricing basis.

Request a quote & preferred day

Before requesting the quote

Start with the property manager or agent checklist if one has been supplied. Tell GoBright whether the property is a unit, townhouse or house, how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, whether it is furnished, and which areas have heavy build-up or damage.

  • Share the required inspection or key-return date and a preferred cleaning day
  • Confirm stairs, storeys, lift access, parking and key arrangements
  • Explain whether carpets, internal windows, walls, balconies or a garage are required
  • Provide clear photos when condition is difficult to describe

Property preparation checklist

Unless another arrangement is confirmed, remove personal belongings, food and rubbish before the service. Keep electricity and water connected, empty cupboards that are included, defrost the freezer if its interior is being cleaned, and make sure the cleaner can reach every agreed area safely.

Common optional items

Carpet steam cleaning, wall washing, blind detail, balcony glass, garages, pest treatment, external windows and heavy restoration work are not assumed. Ask for each required item to be written into the scope.

Condition and result limitations

Cleaning can remove ordinary dirt and build-up, but it cannot repair wear, aged sealant, damaged paint, permanent stains or other maintenance issues. GoBright does not control the landlord or agent bond decision. The confirmed scope is the best reference for what the service is intended to cover.

On the day

  1. Confirm the access method and contact person.
  2. Leave the agent checklist where it can be checked.
  3. Point out known stains, fragile surfaces and existing damage.
  4. Keep the property safely accessible for the agreed service window.
  5. Review the agreed work or provide a suitable contact for completion communication.
