Cancellations & Rescheduling
Last updated: 7 August 2026
Preferred dates and confirmed bookings
Submitting the website form requests a preferred date; it does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A booking becomes firm only after GoBright confirms availability, the scope and pricing basis and the customer accepts.
Changing a booking
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact GoBright as soon as possible. Any notice period, call-out amount or cancellation fee applying to a confirmed booking must be disclosed in the written confirmation before it applies.
Access problems and missed appointments
Please provide working access instructions and notify GoBright of changes. If access is unavailable, GoBright will try to contact the customer. Any proposed charge or rescheduling arrangement will be handled according to the accepted written confirmation and applicable law.
Weather, safety and events outside control
Exterior work may need to be rescheduled because of unsafe weather, access or site conditions. GoBright may also reschedule where illness, equipment failure or another event makes the work unsafe or impracticable, and will communicate as soon as reasonably possible.
Consumer rights
